A "Col Suo Fondo", the Italian phrase for Pet Nat, this sparkler from Alice (pronounced Uh-LEE-chay) is as fresh as it is funky. Unlike Cinzia's usual proseccos, this is wild in character, unpolished in the best possible way. 100% Glera fermented in open-tank, we definitely get an apple cider vinegar note on the finish here. This is a Pet Nat lovers Pet Nat!
