Winemaker Audrey Braccini is producing fresher, brighter, earlier-harvested interpretations of Pouilly-Fuissé, and they're beautifully balanced, intense and engaging, clearly differentiated by site. She foregoes new oak for this bottling and instead opts for longer élévage on the lees. Complexity comes in the form of elegance rather than power.
