Union Sacré "Sangio" Carbonic Sangiovese 2022
Inspired by their love for Alsace, the winemakers at Union Sacré make playful, affordable wines (mostly Alsatian varieties) that are naturally lower in alcohol and higher in acidity.
This Carbonic Sangiovese is juicy, fruity without being overly so, medium bodied and very smooth. Sangiovese sourced from San Juan Creek in Paso Robles. Serve this chilled!
