COS "Pithos" Bianco 2020
This intense orange wine that takes its name, "Pithos", from the Greek word for the clay amphorae that's used to ferment and age this wine. After pressing, the Grecanico grapes spent a month macerating on the skins. Made from the Garganega grape, which is known as Grecanico in Sicily
