Gaintza Txakoli Rosé 2020
For lovers of high-acid rosé, it doesn't get much better than Txakolina (pronounced chock-oh-LEE-nah). These wines from Spanish Basque country are bracingly crisp with tangy acidity, slightly effervescent and low in alcohol. Hondarrabi, the red grape that gives Txakoli rosé its color, is scarcely planted in the region, making Txakoli rosé a rare treasure for the dedicated few who seek it out.
