Lieu Dit Melon 2021
What's not to love about Lieu Dit's Melon de Bourgogne? A little known grape here in CA, Melon de Bourgogne is grown mostly in France's Loire Valley, and is known for making wines that are light, crisp, and mineral driven. For this bottling, Lieu Dit is using 50 year old vines from Bien Nacido Vineyard, and we love their description best of what to expect in the glass - "lime leaf and pear, wet stone and sea spray"
