A favorite winery of ours at Pasadena Wine Shop, Dan Petroski redefines Napa Valley whites with his Massican project. Former winemaker of Larkmead, Dan has shifted gears completely, creating crisp, Mediterranean-inspired white wines that are light on their feet. "Annia" is Massican's flagship white: a blend of Tocai Friulano, Ribolla Gialla and Chardonnay, this wine is more subtle than his Sauvignon Blanc, with fantastic texture and depth, and neutral enough to be versatile on the table.
