How are we making this happen? It’s simple - in the wine world, Rosé is considérée seasonal, and when a new vintage of Rosé lands around this time every year, wine importers and distributors are desperate to get rid of the previous year’s bottles. There is absolutely nothing less appealing in the bottle, but overnight a delicious bottle becomes categorized as “last year”. What’s funny is often times “last year’s rosé” this time of year is often showing way better than the new vintage that was just recently bottled and shipped thousands of miles (a condition we refer to as “bottle shock”). The 2021 Rosé we have in stock is drinking fantastic and fresh, and will be great all summer long - no expiration date in sight.
