"Dark mulberry, black raspberry and slate start the nose of this bottling from one of the region's most coastal vineyards, but then comes a tremendous amount of black sage, Earl Grey tea and the slightest touch of game on the nose. Dark-berry flavors are cut by thyme and lavender on the palate, which is rich yet fresh, tart and lovely."
