"My love for wine stems back to my early twenties, and I've been lucky to work in some of the best fine wine programs in California. From my sommelier days with the Thomas Keller Restaurant Group to managing sales and distribution locally for Domaine de la Romanée-Conti and Domaine Leflaive, I loved living the fast and furious life of a wine professional. Unfortunately in 2019, I suffered serious back injuries, and had to step away from the wine world as I knew it. After recovering from my second spinal surgery, I had the idea to open a neighborhood wine shop near my home in Pasadena - a place where both the "brand new" and "grand cru" wine lovers could discover great wine in all price points.

Since opening our doors in 2022, our little shop has grown in outreach but not in mindset. We pride ourselves on really listening to our customers, providing a personal experience for each person we welcome in, and equipping them with knowledge and confidence to explore the world of wine both within and beyond our shop. We have over 700 wines to choose from in 600 square feet. More than half our bottles are under $30, which means there's always something new to explore without breaking the bank. You don't have to know a lot or spend a lot to enjoy great wine from around the world. Come on in, we'll show you how it's done!"
