Any white wine drinker that says they don't like California Chardonnay hasn't tried Diatom. Winemaker Greg Brewer crafts Diatom with the intention of showcasing Chardonnay in its most pure and unadulterated state. Diatom is named for diatomaceous earth, which is a plankton fossil found in the oceanic landscape of Santa Barbara County. 

Diatom Chardonnay is incredibly restrained, elegant, and mineral driven.
