"Melon B" stands for Melon de Bourgogne, the deliciously briny and mineral grape variety that comprises this certified organic bottling from Muscadet in France's Loire Valley. Concentrated and layered, this delicious Muscadet definitely resembles its label, with the briny, citrusy notes that make us want a half-dozen oysters on the half shell.
