VINEYARDS :: 100% Sauvignon Blanc from North Coast - Lodi & Clarksburg AVAs 

WINEMAKING :: Grapes picked at just over 21 Brix. Cool and slow fermentation over ten days in stainless steel tank with no malolactic conversion. Six months elevage.

 TASTING NOTES ::Racy, focused and fresh with citrus blossom, lychee and stone fruit notes. A thirst and taste quencher perfect for sunny days and lighter fare.

Pasadena Wine Shop offers $15 flat rate local delivery. We deliver Tuesday through Friday mornings.

Orders placed Monday through Thursday will be delivered the next day. Orders placed Friday through Sunday will be delivered on Tuesday. If the soonest delivery day is not ideal, you can ask for a different day in the delivery instruction notes.
