AIX Rosé, Coteaux d'Aix-en-Provence 2022 (Fridge 3D)
A step up in quality from Cotes de Provence, the grapes for AIX Rosé are sourced entirely from Coteaux d'Aix-en-Provence, a smaller region in the far west corner of Provence. This area is fairly close to the Rhône Valley, and is strongly influenced by the strong Mistral winds. This breeze allows the grapes to retain beautiful acidity, and we think this AIX Rosé is a great example of the quality from this region
Blend: 60% Grenache, 20% Syrah, 20% Cinsault

Pale peach-colored rosé with aromas of roses, strawberries, melon and cream. Medium-bodied, creamy and fresh. Perfumed and pretty. Dry. Drink now.
